I am so excited to have you here! 🙂
Fitness changed my life in more incredible ways than anything else I’ve done. It might sound like an overstatement, but it’s not. Because of fitness, I put on 35 healthy pounds from a skinny 155 to a more structural 190. I am in the best shape of my life (and improving everyday) and I get to enjoy going to a place I love to replenish my mind, take away stress, and build the physique I aspire to.
On top of that, I have this fitness blog where I get to write my stories, tips, strategies, and everything health and fitness related from anywhere in the world where there’s an internet connection. It just excites me!
I am here to change lives. To inspire you to dedicate yourself to a healthier lifestyle. To Accept Fitness.
I spend most of my seasons in Columbus, Ohio but love traveling everywhere and meeting new people. I am originally from Ukraine and have lived in the United States for most of my life.
What to expect around here
I can’t tell you exactly what to expect right now, because I purposefully don’t want to put any constraints on this new blog right now. I want to write for myself first and let it go where it needs to.
I can tell you what’s on my mind right now, and this is probably a good indication of what I’ll be writing about soon:
- I’m wondering whether I have the right motivation for starting this blog, and whether I can keep it up for the long term. I’d love to be blogging 10 years from now, so I can look back and remember what happened over that decade.
- I’m wondering how I can get my knowledge, experiences and stories out there to stay relevant online.
- I’m trying to figure out the best products/tips for people who are struggling with weight loss, getting into shape or just staying fit for life.
- I’m figuring out the best way to get across my audience and help out with any health or fitness concerns.
- I’m also into all the common stuff: financial freedom, technology, living a healthy lifestyle, marketing, good books, warm hugs, and anything chocolate.
